Summertime Fun
By Mom | September 9, 2007
Summer is almost over and Gracie had a blast. She got to experience many fun summer activities including going to the beach, playing in her pool, trips to the park, and riding on a pony! She loves summer fun so much that her three favorite words are beach, pool, and park. Here’s just a few pictures of her adventures.
Here’s Grace and me pretending to be mermaid and Jacque Cousteau. We were at the Ventura Harbor Marina eating with friends Dan and Marlene and Ava.

Daddy and Grace pretending to be pirates, Argh!

And Gracie enjoying a fun pony ride!

Gracie’s hair is getting long and she’s finally letting me put ponytails in her hair for more than 1 minute. Here’s she’s doing her best impression of the little girl in Monster’s Inc, currently her favorite movie.

Carson, Grace’s cousin, recently celebrated his 4th birthday. Grace loved the inflatable slide/pool he had for all his guests.

The slide was a bit too big and scary for Grace. However, she was having a great time watching her cousins slide down and splash the onlookers.

Daddy had fun in the kiddie pool too. He was the designated lifeguard for the kids.

Cupcakes! Yum yum. Grace especially loved the cake made out of cupcakes.

Over Labor Day weekend we visited YaYa and PaPa and went to Seal Beach for the day. There, it had a park and a beach! Wow, two of Grace’s favorite things!

Papa is giving Gracie a gentle push in the swing.

Grace loved summer fun so much that I can’t wait until she experiences Halloween fun!
