Thanksgiving Weekend

Last weekend was Thanksgiving and we all went to Fullerton to hang with Yaya and Papa. Grace made a special greeting for everyone but like I said in Cole’s blog, Mommy never posts on time. Here’s Grace’s belated Thanksgiving greeting.

At daycare, it was Grace’s week to post pictures of her loved ones. Here’s her bulletin of the week.

She also has a special cubby with her beloved “Pinky Blankie”. The picture was taken on her first day there so she doesn’t look too thrilled.

And another picture of Grace on the wall showing her special info. If you look close to her answers, according to Grace, she loves Mommy and Cole. Sorry Daddy, maybe you’ll make the list next time.

While in Fullerton, Grace discovered Yaya’s earrings. They are clip-on so perfect for almost 3 year old girls.

Yaya loves to buy Grace new books. Here she is reading to Grace the “Fancy Nancy’s Fancy Words” book.

Yaya is also great at bringing out Dan and Cara’s old school toys for Grace to play with. I think these little people wouldn’t cut the new “choking hazard” guidelines but Dan and Cara are ok so Grace should be fine. I guess if a toy can fit through a toilet paper roll, it’s too small for kids.

Last weekend we also got to visit Grandma Minnie and cousin Navaeh. Grace is about 5 months older than Navaeh but they didn’t let the age difference stop their fun time.

I noticed that with two 2 year old girls, it’s impossible to get both of them to smile at the camera. We have this issue with Grace and Ava too. Come on girls, cooperate. We’ve got Navaeh’s attention but not Grace.
